This Privacy Policy explains how Feiji VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing mobile and desktop client services. We process data under principles of necessity, transparency, and minimization.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect operational data required for service delivery, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, client version, access path, connection status, and session duration. Approximate location may be processed to recommend better routes. This data is used for node recommendation, diagnostics, anonymized stability analysis, and necessary service or security notices.

We transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party processors, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except for legal process, regulatory obligations, user safety, or confidential processing by service providers, we do not sell or share personally identifiable information with third parties. Uninstalling the App stops new client-side collection.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account or delete your personal profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not directed to children under 13; if such data is collected by mistake, we will start deletion procedures. Guardians may also contact us through the same email address.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal requirements, product changes, or security practices. Please review this page regularly.
